В статье рассматриваются особенности защиты неимущественных прав участников корпораций в системе российского гражданского права. Особое внимание уделяется проблемам утра ты корпоративного статуса, использованию имущественных механизмов для восстановления неиму щественных прав, а также специальным способам защиты, связанным с восстановлением учетных данных и реализацией управленческих прав. Обосновывается вывод о многоуровневом и комплексном характере защиты неимущественных прав участников корпораций, направленной на обеспечение баланса интересов и устойчивости корпоративных отношений

The article discusses the features of the protection of non-property rights of participants in corporations in the system of Russian civil law. Particular attention is paid to the problems of loss of corporate status, the use of property mechanisms for the restoration of non-property rights, aswell asspecial methods of protection related to the restoration of accounting data and the implementation of management rights. The conclusion about the multi-level and complex nature of the protection of non-property rights of participants in corporations, aimed at ensuring the balance of interests and stability of corporate relations, is substantiated
