Автор на основе обобщения практики и нормативно-правовых источников рассма тривает вопросы реализации оперативно-розыскной информации по делам оперативного учета в условиях необходимости соблюдения правил конспирации, формулируются рекомендации для принятия решения о реализации оперативных данных по делам оперативного учета и применению тактических приемов, обеспечивающих зашифровку оперативных источников информации
