Статья посвящена сравнительно-правовому анализу регулирования национальных цифровых валют (Central Bank Digital Currency) в Китайской Народной Республике и Соединённых ШтатахАмерики. Автором выделены особенности правового режима CBDC в двух разных правовых систе мах. Выявлены основные отличия формирования и развития национальных цифровых валют (CBDC). Автором разработаны критерии сравнения и сформулирован вывод о текущих правовых режимах CBDC и перспективах их внедрения

The article is devoted to the comparative legal analysis of the regulation of national digital currencies (Central Bank Digital Currency) in the People’s Republic of China and the United States of America. The author highlights the features of the legal regime of CBDC in twodifferent legal systems. The main differences in the formation and development of national digital currencies (CBDC) are considered. The author hasdeveloped criteria and formulated a conclusion about the current legal regimes for CBDC’s and the prospects for their implementation
