<p>The expansion of digital practices in producing and distributing visual content hasgenerated a distinct field of digital artcharacterized by unstable materiality and a high degree of technological dependence. Traditional mechanisms of intellectual property protection, which rely on material carriers and clearly defined authorship, conflict with the digital environment where an artwork mayexist solely ascode, an algorithm, or a network process. The paper examines the structural features of digital objects, the problem of authorship qualification under algorithmic participation, and the difficulties of protecting rights in decentralized
systems of distribution. The analysis demonstrates the need to revise existing legal frameworks, which insufficiently account for the hybrid nature of digital art and its dependence on digital platforms</p>
<kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>интеллектуальная собственность</kwd><kwd>авторское право</kwd><kwd>цифровая сре да</kwd><kwd>алгоритмическое творчество</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>intellectual property</kwd><kwd>digital art</kwd><kwd>copyright</kwd><kwd>digital environment</kwd><kwd>algorithmic creativity</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><ref id="ref1"><mixed-citation publication-type="other" xml:lang="ru">Карташкин В.
