Статья посвящена формам государственно-частного партнерства, а также их правовому регулированию и возникающим из данной формы взаимодействия недостаткам. Государственно-частное партнерство нуждается в эффективном правовом и экономическом регулировании. Развитие в современной России инфраструктуры и ряда иных аспектов социальной сферы повели за собой возникновение множества проектов, которые требуют государственных и частных инвестиций для их реализации. В связи с чем необходимо качественное разграничение разных форм государственно-частного партнерства и проработка существующих недостатков.

The article is devoted to the forms of public-private partnership, as well as their legal regulation and disadvantages arising from this form of interaction. Public-private partnership needs effective legal and economic regulation. The development of infrastructure and a number of other aspects of the social sphere in modern Russia has led to the emergence of many projects that require public and private investment for their implementation. Therefore, it is necessary to make a qualitative distinction between different forms of public-private partnership and to work out the existing shortcomings.
