Статья посвящена актуальной проблеме расследования преступлений, связанных с хищением имущества на объектах транспорта и транспортной инфраструктуры. Автором проанализированы организационные и тактические особенности производства осмотра места происшествия, включая особенности формирования следственно-оперативной группы, организации охраны места происшествия, установления границ осмотра и применяемых тактических приемов осмотра.

This article addresses the pressing issue of investigating crimes involving the theft of property at transport facilities and transport infrastructure. The author analyzes the organizational and tactical aspects of conducting a crime scene examination, including the formation of the investigative-operational team, the securing of the scene, the determination of the examination boundaries, and the tactical methods employed.
