В статье рассматривается природа системы отношений как психологическая основа взаимодействия, с помощью которого она изучает процесс и его результаты с психической стороны. Обсуждая проблему взаимосвязи между содержанием системы отношений и формой ее выражения, следует подчеркнуть, что выбор человеком наиболее психологически целесообразной формы выражения своей системы отношений происходит без напряжения и бросающейся в глаза нарочитости, если у него сформированы психические свойства личности, которые обязательны для успешного межличностного общения: способность к идентификации и децентрации, эмпатии и саморефлексии.

The article considers the nature of the relationship system as the psychological basis of interaction, with the help of which it studies the process and its results from the mental side. Discussing the problem of the relationship between the content of the relationship system and the form of its expression, it should be emphasized that a person's choice of the most psychologically expedient form of expression of his relationship system occurs without tension and conspicuous bias, if he has formed mental properties of a person that are mandatory for successful interpersonal communication: the ability to identify and decentralize, empathy and self-reflection.
